The Opportunity
We are looking for someone who genuinely wants to build a career in the music business.
This role is designed for a highly organized, proactive person who wants real exposure to artist management, A&R, touring, marketing, live production, partnerships, and the infrastructure that powers major music careers behind the scenes.
You will work closely with management and artists across rapidly scaling global projects, including one of the most exciting touring stories in dance music today with BUNT..

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Manage calendars for managers and clients
Schedule meetings, sessions, interviews, and calls
Prepare agendas and capture detailed notes
Track follow-ups and keep projects moving
Touring and Logistics
Book travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Build detailed itineraries for artists and team
Handle last-minute travel and scheduling changes
Support day-to-day touring operations as needed
Artist & Project Support
Assist with release rollouts and campaign timelines
Help prep decks, announcements, and marketing materials
Update Spotify playlists, release logs, metadata, and internal systems
Support creative and operational needs across active projects
Organization & Infrastructure
Maintain organized digital files, folders, and documentation
Update internal trackers, databases, and Notion systems
Keep contact lists and project information current
Assist with expense tracking and reporting
Qualifications
1–2 years of assistant, coordinator, or administrative experience (music industry experience preferred)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills and discretion
Ability to operate calmly in fast-paced, reactive environments
Genuine interest in artist development, touring, music culture, and the modern music business
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, and collaborative workflows
Time Commitment
Full -Time. Availability outside standard business hours may occasionally be required, including evenings, weekends, and travel depending on artist and touring needs.
Compensation
$60,000–$75,000 base salary depending on experience.
Confidentiality
This role requires strict confidentiality regarding artists, unreleased music, touring plans, financial information, business operations, and internal communications during and after employment.
