What You'll Do
As our Relationship Manager, you're the connective tissue between our clients and our advisors. You'll own the relationship experience from the day-to-day to the big picture. Responsibilities include:

Managing ongoing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for client needs, questions, and follow-ups

Coordinating and executing client events and appreciation activities from logistics to follow-through

Capturing and maintaining accurate client information in our CRM

Supporting portfolio review preparation and meeting coordination with our Financial Advisors

Monitoring client accounts and proactively flagging anything that needs attention

Collaborating across the team, including our FAs, CSA, and Sales Assistant, to deliver a seamless client experience

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a relationship management, client service, or similar client-facing role in financial services

Series 7 strongly preferred; SIE or Series 66 also valued

Familiarity with CRM platforms and financial services tools (experience with AssetMark or Advizynt is a plus)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills

Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable explaining financial concepts clearly to clients

Professional, personable, and calm under pressure

Experience planning and executing client events

Background working in a small team or boutique advisory environment

What You Get

Base salary: $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
