Front-End & Club Services Lead — Elevate Customer Experience

PGA TOUR Superstore, co is seeking a Front End Retail Department Head in Louisville, KY. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by overseeing Club Services and Front-End operations. You will support the team in providing guidance to customers and coordinate on-floor activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, be able to organize priorities, and have retail experience. A flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.
