What Will You Do?
As a Product Manager – Digital Audience Growth and Engagement at Hearst, you will own the ideation, execution, and analysis of the growth experimentation roadmap to increase audience RFM value. You will identify friction points and develop features like personalized feeds and follow mechanics to boost engagement. Additionally, you will optimize user lifecycle flows, manage ESP configurations such as Braze, and analyze behavioral data for retention opportunities.
