Responsibilities
Champion PCB Connect’s growth by driving sales and securing new business
Design and deliver a high-impact sales plan aligned with our global vision
Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers and industry influencers
Share market intelligence, trends, and risks with our global sales network
Partner with the USA Team and CEO to meet ambitious financial targets
Ensure all operations comply with company policies and U.S. regulations
Qualifications
Proven success in sales management, ideally within the electronics or PCB industry
Deep understanding of printed circuit boards and customer needs
Strategic mindset with a knack for optimizing sales processes
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with U.S. business laws and compliance standards
