The Role
Leggwork is recruiting a Site Agent for civil engineering projects across South Wales and Bristol. The successful candidate will need relevant experience overseeing 3-4 live civil sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to budget.

Working Hours

07:30 - 17:00

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in managing day‑to‑day site operations

Maintain accurate site records and ensure all documentation is in place

Monitor costs, report progress, and support commercial activities

Liaise with stakeholders and act as the main point of contact

Plan works including programmes, phasing, and method statements

Manage and coordinate Sub Agents, subcontractors, and site resources

Deliver work on time, within budget, and to required quality standards

Ensure SHEQ standards and overall site safety are maintained

Requirements

SMSTS (essential)

CSCS (essential)

Tier 1 in Civils

Site Engineering background (essential)

Experience as a Site Agent (beneficial)

Must have a civil engineering qualification

Must have a full valid driving licence

Up to date CV

Right to work in the UK

References
