About the Role

Join our dynamic engineering team and help shape the future of aerospace and industrial gas turbine technology. As an Associate Engineer, you’ll provide technical and production support, drive process and product optimization, and contribute to new product introduction (NPI), repair, and OEM projects. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in developing innovative solutions and improving product maturity using Lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

Support technical projects and collaborate across a matrix organization.
Assist in process design, technology implementation, and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and production issues.
Contribute to design and repair of turbine, compressor, and combustor components.
Optimize production processes and product design using Lean tools.
Help develop KPIs to measure process and product performance.
Work with cross‑functional teams to meet cost, performance, and durability goals.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives impacting operational and financial performance.
Education & Experience

BS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Engineering, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in gas turbine design, manufacturing, or repair.
Familiarity with gas turbine design and manufacturing methodologies.
Understanding of various measuring techniques including CMM, white‑light/laser scanning, and gages.
Familiarity with CAD modeling, mechanical engineering principles, and materials concepts.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Basic knowledge of Lean, CI, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job‑related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
