The Marketing & Development Coordinator will support fundraising initiatives, donor engagement efforts, marketing campaigns, community outreach, and organizational visibility as the nonprofit continues to grow its impact and programming. This role offers the opportunity to help strengthen development infrastructure while supporting social media, communications, fundraising events, sponsorship outreach, and camp promotion initiatives.
This is a primarily remote hybrid opportunity with occasional involvement in events and community engagement efforts in the North Atlanta area. The organization is seeking someone collaborative, self‑motivated, and excited to contribute to a growing mission‑driven nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities
Support fundraising initiatives and donor engagement efforts
Assist with planning and execution of fundraising events
Manage and grow social media and digital marketing presence
Create marketing, communications, and promotional content
Coordinate newsletters, email campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
Support sponsorship outreach and donor stewardship activities
Build relationships with community partners and supporters
Assist leadership with development strategy and organizational growth efforts
Qualifications
1–5+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, marketing, communications, or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing social media and digital marketing initiatives
Highly organized, proactive, and self‑motivated
Passion for mission‑driven nonprofit work
Experience with fundraising CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or website/content management tools preferred
Appreciation for outdoor education, youth development, or community‑focused programming strongly preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $50,000–$60,000 annually (DOE)
Hybrid flexibility with primarily remote work structure — must live within commutable distance of Ellijay, GA
