Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls, responding to customer enquiries professionally
Process sales orders, advise on delivery schedules, and arrange collections or shipments
Issue purchase orders to factories and suppliers
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including verification of shipping documentation
Prepare and issue outbound invoices, packing lists, and credit notes for returned goods
Release picking lists and shipment instructions to the warehouse team
Generate and issue Certificates of Conformance (COC) to customers
Pack goods and prepare invoices and packing lists for items stocked in the office warehouse
Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and consignment stock locations
Issue daily invoices for consignment stock to customers
Maintain accurate order records, insurance details, and documentation using Excel
Conduct stock takes at all warehouses, including consignment stock at customer locations
Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to headquarters
Requirements
Minimum 3 years
of relevant experience in
customer service and logistics operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office
