About Us

Puff Media is a New York-based TikTok LIVE commerce agency. We partner with brands to run high-performing TikTok Shop LIVE operations — from host management and content execution to affiliate programs and large-scale creator events. Our clients range from fragrance and beauty brands to major IP-licensed products.

The Role

We're looking for a LIVE Account Manager to own the day-to-day relationship between Puff and our brand clients. You'll be the primary point of contact post-onboarding — keeping clients informed, identifying growth opportunities, and making sure every LIVE campaign delivers. You'll work closely with our operations, talent, and affiliate teams to keep execution tight and clients happy.

What You'll Do

  • Own the ongoing relationship for 3–6 brand accounts, serving as their primary contact
  • Manage weekly/monthly client syncs — performance reviews, campaign planning, issue resolution
  • Coordinate internally with live ops, talent, and affiliate teams to align execution with client goals
  • Track GMV, live performance, and affiliate data; turn numbers into clear client-facing insights
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support onboarding of new clients with Lynch and the ops team
  • Draft recaps, proposals, and communications on behalf of accounts

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or project coordination — agency or e-commerce background preferred
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, LIVE commerce, or influencer/creator ecosystems
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin strongly preferred (most clients are China-based brands)
  • Data-comfortable — you can read a dashboard, spot a trend, and explain it clearly
  • Highly responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
  • Strong written and verbal communication in both languages

Compensation

  • $65,000 – $85,000 base + performance bonus tied to account GMV growth
