Grant Thornton is on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Effectiveness Manager to join our team. This role is critical in overseeing the entire performance management process for our Partners and Managing Directors (PMD) in the U.S. You will report to the Director, Global Talent Effectiveness, and play a key role in translating our performance strategies into actionable plans and timelines.

As a Talent Effectiveness Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and HR teams, to ensure the smooth execution of the PMD performance lifecycle. Your expertise in operational and program management will be crucial as you establish rhythms for communication, insights, and maintain program content.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in performance management or HR program management. You should possess advanced analytical skills and be comfortable working with metrics to drive informed decisions. Your ability to communicate concisely and collaborate with diverse teams will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the annual calendar and execution plan for PMD performance processes, ensuring milestones and risks are clearly defined.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive operational playbook to guide stakeholders through timelines and roles.

Coordinate briefings for leaders and participants, working alongside various partners to ensure logistical alignment.

Oversee the PMD support mailbox, ensuring inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

Partner with the COO’s office to operationalize the PMD scorecard, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to timelines.

Generate and maintain reporting related to PMD cycles, providing leaders with insights that facilitate decision-making.

Drive continuous improvement by implementing feedback from performance cycles into updated processes and documentation.

The position requires a collaborative approach, managing a Senior Associate on the team, and providing training and resources to ensure the success of PMD processes across the firm.

The base salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $168,000.
