In This Role, You Will

Campaign Coordination & Execution

Coordinate and execute approved social media campaigns & community-driven initiatives across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including surprise & delight and other gifting, brand advocacy programs, and brand partnerships

Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure campaign alignment with brand strategy and goals

Coordinate timeline management and deliverable tracking for social campaigns

Opportunity Discovery & Partnership Coordination

Identify novel opportunities for rich consumer engagement including product gifting, surprise & delight initiatives, and creator partnerships

Support the agile & reactive content production framework through social listening, strategic approach, and creative coordination in partnership with Social Content Creators

Research, evaluate, and recommend potential brand & creator partnerships and collaboration opportunities

Strategy Development

Develop social media strategies for creative content, audience engagement, and platform optimization

Create strategic recommendations for consumer engagement initiatives and social media platform opportunities

Consult on performance analytics and reporting in collaboration with Social Media Data Analyst

Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to inform strategic recommendations

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in social media strategy and campaign execution

Experience in social strategy development beyond content creation

Experience in community management and consumer engagement initiatives

Strong understanding of partnership coordination and creator collaboration

Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategic best practices

Experience with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred)

Excellent communication and project coordination skills

Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Working Conditions

Hybrid/Remote work from the Greater Chicago Area

Must have reliable internet access

Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on content needs or community escalations

Travel up to 10-15% may be required for content capture, team collaboration, or event coverage
