What You Can Expect From Us...

You will take on the independent production of video content in the fast-paced news area, starting from research and text creation to narration and editing
With various tools – from online editing programs to AI-assisted workflows – you will create videos
Independently, you will set topics for video content and bring in creative ideas
In close collaboration with your team and across teams with the editorial department, you will contribute to the success of projects
You will produce videos for the entire BurdaForward brand universe (Chip.de, Bunte.de, Focus Online)

You have a great passion for video and the entire thematic range of the digital cosmos
A great interest in current events and news – from politics to entertainment – characterizes you
Enthusiasm for generative AI and openness to working with new tools is something you bring
You know social media like the back of your hand and discover the most exciting topics there
With high accuracy and care, you explain complex issues clearly and like to get to the bottom of things
An excellent sense of language and a love for writing narration texts are among your strengths – ideally, you have already gained experience in this
You ideally support the team up to 20 hours per week
