Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Craftsman capable of handling plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and electrical work. The candidate should possess strong problem‑solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and electrical tasks.

Use proper equipment and know required tools for each task.

Troubleshoot issues and resolve them quickly and professionally.

Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.

Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, a decent vehicle, and organized tools.

Inspect properties, recommend repairs, and suggest additional work opportunities to customers.

Maintain punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction.

Exceed customer expectations and enjoy being part of a winning team.

Qualifications

Good overall knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and electrical trades.

Not necessarily owning all tools, but knowing which tools are needed for specific tasks.
