Designsensory is looking for a
Performance Copywriter
who treats words like data and “click-through rate” like a high score. You aren’t just here to write catchy slogans (although, please do); you’re here to understand the psychology of a scroll-stop, the nuance of a CTA, and the science behind a high-converting landing page.
In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between pure creative and performance marketing. You will work closely with our media and strategy teams to craft compelling narratives across the entire digital funnel, from awareness ads to retargeting sequences that seal the deal.
What You’ll Do
Direct-Response Mastery:
Write high-converting copy for paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), SEM (Google Ads), and programmatic display.
Conversion Optimization:
Develop and iterate on landing page copy, lead-gen forms, and email marketing flows to maximize ROAS and LTV.
A/B Testing & Iteration:
Analyze performance data to understand why a headline won, then use those insights to write the next winner.
Brand Voice Integration:
Maintain a client’s unique brand soul while optimizing for the cold, hard requirements of an algorithm.
Collaboration:
Partner with designers to ensure the visual and the verbal are working in lockstep to drive action.

You aren’t afraid of a spreadsheet. You know how to look at a campaign report and translate numbers into creative pivots.
Qualifications
Experience:
3+ years of experience in copywriting, specifically within a performance marketing or agency environment.
Portfolio:
A proven track record of ads, landing pages, or emails that drove measurable results.
Platform Knowledge:
Deep familiarity with best practices for major ad platforms (character limits, “hook” structures, and policy restrictions).
Tools:
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (like Asana or Monday.com).
