Global Talent Manager

To support a growing global talent supply strategy, the full-time Global Talent Manager will manage the end-to-end graduate-to-opportunity matching pipeline remotely, ensuring experienced Generation graduates are effectively assessed and matched to paid opportunities across various markets.
Key responsibilities

Own and manage the global alumni talent pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and assessment of candidates
Collaborate with business development to engage employers and define hiring requirements while supporting opportunity definition
Design and implement alumni re-engagement strategies to keep graduates active and motivated for job opportunities

Required qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or workforce development
Proven experience managing talent pipelines across multiple markets or regions
Strong understanding of employability and graduate placement models
Fluency in Spanish due to expansion into Latin America
Experience in social impact or youth employment programs is preferred
