Job Details
Associate Litigation Attorney (Automotive Product Liability) – Pennsylvania license required.

Proactively manage automotive product liability and general liability cases in state and federal courts

Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and conduct related research

Maintain frequent client communication and detailed case reporting

Perform comprehensive legal analysis, case evaluations, and strategic recommendations

Coordinate with expert witnesses and attend depositions, mediations, and hearings

Prepare for and attend trials as needed

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania

Minimum one year of automotive product liability experience

Proven ability to independently manage a caseload from start to finish

Experience conducting depositions, drafting motions, and handling client communications

Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills

Desire to provide exceptional client service and contribute to firm growth
