We're seeking a Senior Video Producer, Science Communications to advance our strategic objectives: leading AI innovation narratives for Adobe, solidifying brand identity as a birthplace of industry-leading technology, and supporting recruiting for full-time and intern positions.

As a creator of video content and other visuals, you'll craft quick‑turnaround social videos, in-depth thought leadership pieces, and executive communications that translate complex AI research into compelling visual stories. You'll oversee end‑to‑end production processes from story ideation to final delivery, managing timelines, approvals, and asset tracking across multiple campaigns. You'll also strategize and build multimedia content across web, social media, and newsletters—all of which demand skilled multimedia content planning and production.

This role will shape how Adobe Research shows up across platforms, ensuring every piece of content is produced with creativity, precision, and impact while translating groundbreaking research into stories the world can understand.

Job Scope

20% strategic video and multimedia communications planning, program design, and pre‑production work

60% driving scientific story concepts from ideation to finished videos

20% multimedia content creation for blogs, newsletters, and executive communications

What You'll Do

Develop and implement visual communication strategies – primarily focused on video – to promote Adobe’s AI innovation in partnership with the Head of Communications and Engagement, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business goals in a quickly evolving, fast‑paced environment

Own the full lifecycle of video content creation for scientific stories from the Research organization – from scouting stories to final production, managing timelines, capacity planning, and asset tracking across multiple projects

Produce and deliver 15-20 video and visual assets per month spanning social videos, research explainer content, thought leadership pieces, executive communications, and conference presentations

Collaborate with cutting‑edge AI researchers and scientists to translate complex technologies into compelling visual narratives for broad audiences

Produce high‑quality multimedia content: primarily videos, as well as graphics, visual web content, slides, and executive communications

Establish scalable workflows, drive approvals and reviews with an eye for quality and brand alignment, and coordinate stakeholder communications throughout production

Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure strategic distribution of video assets across channels, meeting performance metrics and business objectives

Use Adobe Creative Cloud, project management tools (Workfront, , or similar), and collaboration platforms to manage workflows, approvals, and efficient delivery

Analyze campaign effectiveness and gather insights for continuous improvement

Source, vet, and manage production partners, vendors, and interns while juggling multiple projects simultaneously, encouraging a collaborative environment and partnering effectively with internal stakeholders

Ensure all visual content adheres to Adobe’s brand guidelines and maintains a high standard

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in video production and visual communications, particularly in technology or science contexts

Strong portfolio of creative production work across multiple mediums (video, photography, social content, multimedia) showcasing your hands‑on ability to tell compelling visual stories

High proficiency in video and multimedia creation using Adobe Creative Cloud and AI tools

Proven experience in science communications, translating complex research into compelling visual stories for broad and varied audiences. Committed to telling the stories of researchers and their breakthroughs

Outstanding video creation and editing skills and ability to create both quick‑turnaround social videos and in‑depth thought leadership content

Expertise in managing creative projects from concept to execution, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and calm under pressure

Deep understanding of what makes engaging social and scientific content and how to bring it to life across channels with in‑depth knowledge of content distribution strategies and optimization for engagement, performance, and ROI

Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills for scripts, short blogs, and social content, grounded in science and thought leadership (not purely marketing)

Strong collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience coordinating across marketing, product, design, and research teams and ability to partner and negotiate with stakeholders and customers at all levels

Experience with content distribution strategies, performance analytics, and budget and resource management across projects and broader departmental needs
