We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and production artwork for apparel and related products while maintaining brand standards and accuracy throughout the production process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize artwork files for screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, and digital production
- Create production-ready separations
- Ensure artwork meets printing specifications, color standards, and quality requirements
- Make revisions and updates to existing designs as needed
- Organize and maintain digital art files and production archives
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting production timelines
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of print production processes and apparel decoration methods
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in apparel, promotional products, or print production preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of color separations and Pantone matching
- Experience creating tech packs
- Familiarity with embroidery digitizing or screen print setup is a plus
