We are looking for a Web Developer II to join a major global brand’s digital content team. This is a long-term contract opportunity with excellent stability.
Position Details
- Location: Hybrid – Chicago, IL (Downtown) → 3 days in office for three weeks, then fully remote on the fourth week (repeating cycle)
- Duration: Through May 29, 2027 (long-term contract with strong possibility of extension)
- Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Web Developer / Digital Publisher to manage, publish, and optimize digital content across web and mobile platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely content delivery using enterprise CMS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish content in the CMS while maintaining accuracy and brand standards
- Manage and configure components (banners, CTAs, carousels, etc.) to build dynamic page experiences
- Apply basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to format and troubleshoot content
- Support marketing campaigns and business initiatives with timely content updates
- Perform thorough QA checks on layout, formatting, and functionality
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in digital publishing or content management
- Hands-on experience with SDL Tridion, Contentstack, or similar CMS platforms
- Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
- Experience in a large enterprise or media publishing environment
