We're not a production house that shows up twice a year for a big shoot. We're an embedded creative department — high-volume social content, fast turnarounds, and a team that knows how to move.
We have a spot for a contract videographer who gets that world.
What the work looks like: Primarily social content — short-form video, brand lifestyle, founder-facing content that actually performs. Some commercial shoots mixed in. The pace is real: shoots are often booked with just a few days notice, so you need to be someone who thrives on that energy, not someone who needs two weeks of prep to feel comfortable. Consistent volume for the right person.
You're the fit if:
- You shoot on Sony FX3 or FX6 (non-negotiable)
- MUST know how to shoot and expose SLOG 3
- You're based in Austin, TX (local only — no exceptions)
- You're a people person — clients need to love being on set with you
- You can run and gun without missing a beat
- You take feedback well and turn it around fast
- Short notice doesn't stress you out — it motivates you
- You're hungry, self-motivated, and treat every shoot like it matters
Pay: Competitive hourly rate (DoE)
