Boyd Gaming - 1160 1st Avenue - Responsibilities: Develop a base of premium players and ensure they receive personal attention and quality service.; Recruit high-level players through direct sales activities such as direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, guest visitation, and on/off-site events.; Continuously develop and sustain personalized relationships with guests, with increased focus on premium players.; Respond to guests' special requests as well as guest inquiries or concerns in a calm, prompt, and courteous manner.; Represent the company in public relations and marketing efforts, both on- and off-site, generating new and repeat business and helping to reaffirm the goals and objectives of the company.
