Kelly is hiring an internal Account Executive to develop new business, expand existing customer partnerships, and drive profitable growth across strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and local market opportunities.
What you'll do:
Develop new business with strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin local businesses
Expand and retain existing customers while increasing market share and profitability
Build strong partnerships with clients, prospects, and internal teams
Create proposals, pricing models, and staffing solutions aligned to customer needs
Use a consultative sales approach to understand business challenges and recommend workforce solutions
Track market conditions, competitive trends, and local opportunities to support sales strategy
Network, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers
Meet and exceed sales metrics, revenue goals, and business development expectations
This role could be a great fit if you:
Have 2+ years of experience in staffing agency sales
Are confident building relationships with clients, prospects, and internal partners
Have strong consultative sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Can develop proposals, pricing strategies, and customer-focused solutions
Understand competitive market trends and how to use them to drive business growth
Are results-driven, resilient, and comfortable owning sales goals
Communicate clearly and professionally with a variety of audiences
Are comfortable working onsite in a branch or office environment, with potential travel between locations

Compensation & benefits: The base pay range for this position is $70,000$75,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. Kelly also offers a total compensation package, including benefits designed to support your personal and professional well-being.
