What you'll do:
Utilize our proprietary platform alongside your wide network to source potential healthcare candidates
Connect with prospective candidates to educate them about MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
Schedule appointments for candidates with our recruiters for thorough evaluations
Provide ongoing support to maintain candidate interest and assist throughout the hiring process
Ensure accurate record-keeping in our applicant tracking system
Earn commissions based on the meetings you set, interviews conducted, and candidate placements from your leads
