Job Summary
LifeBridge Health is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal directors, managers, writers, and external vendors to create high-quality visual communications that support our healthcare services, community partnerships, and overall brand strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and passionate about producing compelling creative across both digital and print platforms. This position requires strong design expertise, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and a solid understanding of current design trends, CSS, and HTML.
Key Responsibilities
Design concept-to-production creative solutions for print and digital advertising, social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, internal and external communications, large-format graphics, logos, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Develop creative concepts aligned with client needs and established brand standards.
Prepare production-ready artwork following vendor specifications and templates.
Coordinate with vendors regarding materials and production requirements.
Adapt existing creative assets for multiple print and digital applications.
Collaborate with graphic design managers, account managers, project coordinators, and marketing team members.
Participate in campaign planning, strategy discussions, and design reviews.
Maintain organized creative archives, project lists, and design resources.
Acquire stock photography, fonts, and other design assets as needed.
Monitor creative systems and applications to ensure proper functionality.
Required Experience
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
