This role will support pre-event planning, cross-functional coordination, onsite festival execution, and post-event reporting for major brand partners and festival activations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced live event environments. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across brands, production, creative, talent, and social teams while helping ensure a seamless execution experience for partners onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-FestivalManage day-to-day communications with brand partners and stakeholdersTrack deliverables, timelines, approvals, and project milestones across internal and external teamsCoordinate logistics across creative, production, digital, and partner teamsSupport pre-event planning and execution for key accountsAssist with partner approvals, scheduling, activation planning, and operational coordinationSupport social posting coordination and branded content planningOnsite Festival Support (Los Angeles: August 6–9, 2026)Oversee onsite execution of brand activations and partner experiencesServe as a liaison between event staff, vendors, talent teams, and social/content capture teamsHelp troubleshoot onsite operational needs in real timeEnsure branded content and activation deliverables are properly documented and captured throughout the eventPost-FestivalOrganize and compile social content, metrics, and activation reportingAssist in preparing recap decks and performance summaries for brand partnersSupport final reporting, wrap-up deliverables, and project closeoutQualifications3 years relevant experience in project management, brand partnerships, or related field/roleExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with artists, creators, executives, brands, agencies, and production teamsExperience working in live events or experiential marketing environments requiredMusic festival experience strongly preferredExperience supporting pre-production and post-production workflows preferredFamiliarity with social media content coordination and branded partnerships is a plusAdditional DetailsRole will be primarily remote leading up to festival weekMust be available to work onsite in Los Angeles August 6–9, 2026Some extended hours may be required during festival week and key production periods
