This role turns strategy into results by owning deal progression, forecast accuracy, talent development, CRM rigor, and alignment with Marketing and Technical Sales to build a scalable, high-performing sales organization. Responsible for driving disciplined sales execution, pipeline health, and predictable revenue performance by leading, coaching, and holding Account Executives accountable to consistent standards and outcomes.
What You'll Do
Lead, manage, and motivate Account Executives to achieve individual and team revenue targets through disciplined execution and consistent sales methodology
Own the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Account Executives, working cross-functionally to ensure rapid enablement and sustained performance
Own sales execution, pipeline health, stage integrity, and forecast accuracy across the team
Coach Account Executives on discovery, qualification, deal strategy, account planning, and value articulation to improve win rates and deal quality
Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct pipeline and deal reviews, and hold reps accountable to expectations and results
Ensure all active opportunities have clear next steps, mutual action plans, and stakeholder mapping
Partner with Technical Sales and Sales Operations to ensure solution alignment, pricing integrity, and effective deal progression
Participate in key client meetings and support Account Executives in closing high-value and strategic opportunities
Align with Marketing to drive effective lead generation, sales enablement content, and coordinated event participation.
Analyze sales data, pipeline trends, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and inform corrective action

Sales Leadership & Execution
Proven success leading and developing Account Executives in a B2B environment
Strong coaching skills across discovery, qualification, deal strategy, and value-based selling
A track record of driving consistent quota attainment and improving win rates
Talent Development & Team Scaling
Experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing sales talent
Demonstrated ability to build repeatable sales behaviors and scalable processes
Commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Pipeline, Forecasting & CRM Excellence
Deep experience owning pipeline health, deal progression, and forecast accuracy
Strong command of CRM systems and sales metrics, with a focus on stage integrity and data quality
Comfort using leading indicators to identify risk early and course-correct performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Experience partnering closely with Marketing, Technical Sales, and Sales Operations
Ability to align sales execution with solution design, pricing strategy, and demand generation efforts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
8+ years of B2B sales experience with 4+ years in a sales leadership role
Experience in solution-oriented, consultative, or complex sales environments
Background in technology or services sales is preferred
Travel up to 30%

Compensation
Pay Range: Base Pay Range: $140,000-$160,000 + Bonus Plan (40% Target)
