Director, Audience Activation

Role Overview
The Director collaborates with leadership to define and execute strategic and operational plans, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives. This role operates in a complex, multi‑account environment, overseeing delivery across teams to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead capacity planning, staffing, and delivery management to ensure high‑quality execution

Drive operational standards and governance to support efficient delivery

Partner with cross‑functional leadership to align delivery with broader strategic priorities

Translate strategic direction into actionable frameworks across teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in client‑facing delivery leadership

Proven experience managing complex delivery models (e.g., digital marketing, CRM, direct marketing)

Strong financial and operational management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
