Title: Communications Specialist

Duration: 04 months plus possible extension

Pay rate: $28.00 - $29.10 hourly on W2

JOB SUMMARY

Role Overview

This role will support a blend of executive communications, change and transformation initiatives, and internal technology updates during a period of active technology and organizational change.

This is a hands-on role for a seasoned communications professional who can quickly understand complex topics, partner with senior leaders and technical teams, and deliver clear, effective communications across multiple channels.

Required Experience & Skills:
Demonstrated experience in a professional communications role supporting internal, executive, organizational communications for technology, IT, or digital teams.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
Experience supporting change initiatives, transformations, or large-scale programs
Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and communications tools (e.g., MS 365, Teams, SharePoint, intranet platforms)
Ability to quickly understand and communicate technology related topics to non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, technical teams, and cross functional partners
Comfort working in fast paced, evolving environments
Ability to work in a hybrid onsite model
