AVP of Marketing & Communications

who will lead enterprise-wide strategy and execution at the highest level. This is a high-visibility leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership over brand, marketing, and communications across multiple business lines.

About the Role
Location: Sarasota, FL (On-Site, 5 Days/Week | Occasional Travel to Orlando)
Salary: $160,000 – $175,000

Responsibilities
Lead and execute enterprise marketing strategy aligned to growth and expansion goals
Own brand architecture and governance across multiple companies and products
Drive go-to-market strategy for new product launches and market expansion
Partner with executive leadership to influence business strategy and positioning
Build and lead a high-performing marketing & communications team
Oversee digital, content, and multi-channel strategy
Deliver data-driven insights and performance metrics to leadership

Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand, or communications
5+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven success in GTM strategy, product marketing, and brand leadership
Experience in insurance, MGA, or regulated industries preferred
Strong executive presence with ability to influence at the C-suite level
Track record of driving growth, market expansion, and revenue impact
