Position Summary
The Senior Vice President, Marketing is the strategic leader responsible for NPT's marketing vision, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution across advisor, enterprise, premier, and family office client segments.
This role oversees the full marketing function-enterprise brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, digital strategy, and marketing enablement-while partnering closely with Growth, Product, Family Office, Legal, Development, and Philanthropic Solutions teams.
As a senior leader within the organization, the SVP will evolve and scale the Marketing organization to drive impact, strengthen cross-functional execution, and position NPT as a leader in the donor-advised fund and philanthropic advisory space.
What You'll Lead
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Define and execute enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned to growth and fundraising goals
Translate strategy into integrated, actionable go-to-market campaigns
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing with product and client priorities
Brand & Market Positioning Lead NPT's brand strategy, identity, and market positioning
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and client touchpoints
Evolve brand to support expansion into new markets and offerings
Demand Generation & Growth Lead the demand and engagement strategy across prioritized client segments
Drive integrated campaigns to increase awareness, acquisition, and retention
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and ROI measurement frameworks
Product & Solutions Marketing Lead positioning and go-to-market strategy for products and solutions
Translate complex offerings into compelling value propositions
Support product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Digital & Marketing Operations Oversee website, SEO/SEM, email, content, and marketing automation
Build scalable systems, processes, and analytics capabilities
Use data and insights to optimize performance
Marketing Enablement Equip Growth and relationship teams with tools and content to engage clients and partners
Align materials with client segments and sales strategies
Organizational Leadership Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
Define structure, accountability, and operating model
Manage budget, vendors, and resource allocation
Location & Compensation Location: Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid)
Schedule: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday; remote Monday & Friday
Base Salary: $200,000 - $245,000
Bonus: 33% annual discretionary bonus
What You Bring 15+ years of marketing leadership experience (financial services, fintech, or related)
Proven success in driving growth through integrated marketing and demand generation
Experience with advisor networks and partner-led growth models
Strong background in product or solutions marketing, including technologyenabled and SaaS businesses
Expertise in marketing technology, CRM systems, and analytics
Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams
Executive presence with strong cross-functional influence
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
