POSITION SUMMARY


REMEDY is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team, reporting to the Creative Director.


This role goes beyond execution, we are looking for a design problem solver who can translate brand strategy into visually compelling, thoughtful, and effective creative across all digital touchpoints (e-commerce, social, and paid media).


The ideal candidate combines strong visual taste, strategic thinking, and cultural awareness, with the ability to maintain and evolve the brand at a clinical, elevated standard of excellence.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Design & Creative Execution



  • Translate creative direction into elevated, high-quality visual outputs across all digital channels and retail platforms

  • Ensure consistency and excellence in design, aligned with REMEDY’s brand standards

  • Uphold and evolve REMEDY’s clinical yet elevated visual identity, ensuring all outputs meet a high standard of precision, clarity, and excellence

  • Develop strong visual concepts and systems, not just individual assets

  • Apply a problem-solving mindset to each project, balancing creativity with performance and usability

  • Execute a range of deliverables including e-commerce assets, social content, paid media, and campaign visuals

  • Partner closely with Creative, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to ensure design supports business goals and storytelling

  • Contribute to creative ideation and concept development, bringing fresh perspectives and solutions

  • Translate briefs into clear, effective, and visually engaging outcomes


Culture & Trends



  • Stay deeply informed on design trends, social media behaviors, and visual culture

  • Bring awareness of emerging formats, aesthetics, and platform-specific design language

  • Continuously elevate the brand by integrating relevant and forward-thinking creative approaches


Production & Execution



  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines

  • Support light photo and video editing, including motion graphics and text overlays when needed


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design or a similar role

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both visual excellence and conceptual thinking

  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Strong sensibility for photography, composition, and digital design systems

  • Experience in skincare, beauty, or lifestyle industries a plus

Technical Skills



  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro

  • Familiarity with digital asset management and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
