Job Description
First Team Toyota is looking for an experienced pre-owned sales manager. We are experiencing year-over-year growth in our sales and need a dynamic individual to round out our team.

We are looking to add an experienced automotive professional to accommodate our sustained growth. First Team Toyota is a dynamic part of a family-owned and operated company that offers a team environment, great benefits and ongoing training and support.

Essential Duties
Produces additional revenue for the dealership by managing the dealership’s pre‑owned department and the pre‑owned inventory, including acquiring or trading pre‑owned vehicles, reconditioning and marketing of pre‑owned vehicles.

Essential duties also include the following:

Managing the pre‑owned inventory, including marketing current inventory and acquisition of additional inventory.

Working with management team to sell new and pre‑owned vehicles.

Desk new and pre‑owned vehicle deals and facilitate the sales team in their endeavors.

Provide extraordinary customer service by providing an exceptional customer experience.

Establish and maintain good working relationships with the sales team, including training and motivating.

Work with finance managers to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.

Coordinate sales forecasting with finance department forecasting to achieve desired levels of gross profit, finance penetration and income.

Set up and maintain a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the finance office.

Provide sales team and finance managers with current information with regard to pre‑owned inventory status on a regular basis.

Train the sales team regarding the basics of selling, financing, leasing, insurance and extended service programs.

Monitor CRM system to ensure that the sales team is conducting required customer follow‑up.

Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.

Proficient with eLeads, vAuto and CDK systems.

Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record.
