Overview
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for managing and strategically growing Moet Hennessy's business through influential leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

Accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as set by the Sales Director.

Communicate local program spending effectiveness to maximize the company's profits and help determine the ROI on focused initiatives.

Accurately analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for the assigned territory.

Provide strategic conflict resolution, remove performance obstacles, and address relationship concerns among key accounts in the region.

Identify market trends and developments in product categories, geographic regions, and among the entire account base to stay ahead of the competition.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Achieve category objectives, key performance indicators, and targets by implementing strategies while managing customers for sustainable long‑term growth.

Accelerate Moet Hennessy brand performance faster than the assigned category in allotted accounts.

Visit the assigned account universe regularly.

Partner with sales consultants and area managers to inform and educate on programs, tools and execution.

Develop key account relationships and become a trusted advisor.

Advise customers on shelf space and menu placements.

Conduct customer staff training on focus category and brands.

Coordinate on‑site promotional functions such as launches, tastings, dinners, etc.

Sell account level activation and work with agencies to execute.

Perform market surveys to document execution.

Track and report KPIs including PODS, menus, features, display, shelf ads, education, trade engagement, staff training, events, and digital engagement.

Provide recaps of market opportunities and successes.

Collaborate with CPWS Trade Development and Moet Hennessy supplier teams to localize tools for programming, activation, education and execution.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

Extended periods of sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer or mobile device.

Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.

Workweek often exceeds 40 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.

May require occasional lifting or carrying of up to 40 pounds.
