Guide Real Estate is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves helping people grow through thoughtful, high-quality marketing.

This role plays a key part in Guide’s agent marketing, content, events, and brand visibility efforts. You’ll partner with the Marketing Director and broader team to execute initiatives, support agents in elevating their presence, and help bring the Guide brand to life across channels.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key marketing contact for agents, helping manage requests, timelines, resources, and opportunities

Create branded marketing materials, including flyers, social graphics, listing materials, brochures, signage, and agent resources

Support agents with content, visibility, and personal brand-building across platforms

Help manage Guide’s social media through planning, content creation, scheduling, posting, engagement, and content capture

Coordinate events, classes, Guide for Good volunteer days, and office meetings, including promotion, logistics, setup, recap, and follow-up

Support new agent onboarding with marketing materials and brand setup

Create monthly agent marketing resources, including market stats, newsletter content, seasonal campaigns, social graphics, and talking points

Maintain internal communications, calendars, website/portal updates, office monitors, and weekly email/Slack updates

Ensure all materials align with Guide’s brand standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements

Track projects, timelines, approvals, edits, RSVPs, and requests through Asana and other systems

Proactively identify ways to improve agent engagement with marketing, content, and the Guide brand

Provide occasional operational support during a transitional period through Q1 2027

What Success Looks Like

Agents feel informed, supported, and confident using marketing to grow their business

Marketing requests and initiatives are organized, timely, and clearly communicated

Agents show up more consistently, professionally, and visibly online and in the market

Social media highlights both Guide’s brand and the agents who make the brokerage strong

Events, classes, and meetings help agents learn, connect, and stay engaged

Qualifications

Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

Strong eye for branding, design, content, and presentation

Understands social media trends and how content builds visibility and trust

Clear communicator with agents, vendors, leadership, and internal team members

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Google Workspace, and social media platforms

Brings a positive, collaborative, and resourceful approach to problem-solving and team support

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
