Responsibilities

Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.

Assisting with hiring and training your team of Beauty Consultants.

Assisting with ongoing team training.

Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.

Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures, and requirements are met.

Maintaining a clean and organized salon.

Cash handling, opening/closing business.

Tracking goals and performance metrics.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Leadership/management experience helpful.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, 7 hours per day.

Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Compensation: $15.75 ‒ $20.00 per hour
