Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build trusted relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders
Understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Serve as a bridge between business and technology teams to drive alignment and outcomes.
Demand Shaping & Growth
Identify and shape new opportunities aligned to business goals.
Help prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, and support investment decisions.
Manage a portfolio of opportunities and programs that support growth and transformation.
Contribute to account growth through strategic collaboration and opportunity development.
Qualifications
Experience in the Life Sciences industry preferred, with understanding of domain priorities, regulatory landscape, and business processes across areas such as R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation.
Well versed in Generative AI, digital innovation, and emerging industry trends, with the ability to identify opportunities and bring relevant ideas to business stakeholders.
Experience leveraging data, AI, and technology-led solutions to drive business value and transformation outcomes.
