We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Account Executive to drive sales for SupportFinity technology. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual excited about our innovative SaaS solutions. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Prospect for new leads and build a robust sales pipeline through various outreach methods.

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of SupportFinity technology.

Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product development.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.

Qualifications

Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and ability to work independently.

Excitement and passion for technology, particularly in the HR tech space (big plus).

Existing network of potential clients or partners is a significant advantage (big plus).

Willingness to work on a commission-only basis for the first 6 months, with company stock options provided.
