Social Media Manager

Red Rock Construction is looking for a Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and showcase our projects, company culture, and team.
This role will involve creating content, managing social media accounts, and helping build the Red Rock brand across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Responsibilities

Create and post social media content regularly
Take/edit photos and videos of projects, jobsites, and team activities
Manage company social media accounts and respond to messages/comments
Help grow followers and engagement
Create professional and creative content that represents the company well
Coordinate with ownership and field teams for project updates
Assist with marketing ideas, recruiting content, and company branding
Qualifications

Experience managing social media accounts
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Creative, organized, and self‑motivated
Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
