Compensation
Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Good overall knowledge of trades: plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical.

Necessary tools to complete the jobs.

Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker, examine issues and resolve promptly.

Excellent communication skills: manage communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.

Be presentable: clean‑cut appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools.

Demonstrated ability and willingness to exceed customers' expectations.

Responsibilities

Look around the property and communicate to customer things you could repair or that the company can handle.

Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work.

Sometimes fix something small and point it out to the customer to help them understand that we can do more.

Maintain punctuality, efficiency, integrity, and strive for top customer satisfaction.
