Influencer Community Coordinator

Perelel is an OB/GYN-founded women's health company on a mission to deliver doctor-engineered supplements informed by up-to-the-minute clinical insights that meet the needs of womanhood. We take the burden off women to self-research by bringing a level of clinical rigor that doesn't exist elsewhere in the category. We're in the middle of an exciting brand evolution, broadening from a prenatal vitamin specialist to the leading authority in women's nutritional health, and organic social is at the center of how we get there.

Role Description
This role sits on the Growth team and supports Perelel’s influencer and TikTok Shop efforts through creator community management, gifting coordination, campaign execution, and day-to-day operational support. You’ll play a key role in helping foster and grow Perelel’s creator ecosystem across ShopMy, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and beyond while supporting a high volume of influencer activations.

This is an ideal role for someone highly organized, relationship-oriented, deeply online, and excited about the creator economy and influencer marketing. This role is based in our Los Angeles office on a hybrid schedule, with three days per week in-office and two days remote.

Responsibilities
Creator Community & Relationship Management

Help foster and grow Perelel’s creator community across ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and Discord through ongoing communication, engagement, and relationship building

Help manage creator inboxes and day-to-day communications across gifting and affiliate programs, ensuring a highly responsive and positive creator experience

Build relationships with creators - online and IRL - to encourage repeat activations, long-term loyalty, and consistent content output

Assist in prospecting and identifying new creators with strong brand alignment and growth potential across TikTok and Instagram

Support community‑building initiatives including Discord engagement, creator touchpoints, gifting moments, and occasional in‑person creator coffees or meetups

Gifting & Campaign Coordination

Support gifting and influencer campaign operations across ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and broader influencer initiatives in partnership with the wider growth influencer team

Assist with creator onboarding, affiliate setup, product education, and campaign participation

Help coordinate creator tracking, discount codes, affiliate links, timelines, deliverables, and follow‑ups across a high volume of partnerships

Support execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

Assist with creator outreach, follow‑up communication, and general campaign coordination as needed

Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and strong creator support experiences

Influencer Operations & Reporting Support

Maintain organized tracking systems for creator partnerships, gifting, performance, and deliverables

Assist with pulling creator performance data and organizing reporting across influencer and TikTok Shop campaigns

Support ongoing operational improvements and processes as the influencer and TikTok Shop programs continue to scale

Who You Are

1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media, or a related field

Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills

Interested in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and the creator economy

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with many moving pieces and ambiguity

Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn

Nice to Have

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, ShopMy, and influencer platforms

Experience working with creators, influencers, or online communities

Experience in DTC, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands
