Overit is looking for a
Senior Content & Brand Strategist
who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and creative execution.
This role is for someone who can think big-picture about brands while also rolling up their sleeves to create compelling content that moves people to act. You’ll help shape campaigns from concept to execution, guiding messaging, positioning, and content strategies across a wide range of industries and platforms.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, designers, account managers, SEO specialists, and media teams to build integrated campaigns that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Do
Lead brand and content strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients
Develop messaging frameworks, brand narratives, and campaign concepts
Create and oversee content across channels, including:
Website copy
Blog content
Email campaigns
Video/scriptwriting
Long-form content
Outdoor/billboard copy
Sales materials
Thought leadership
Collaborate with creative, strategy, SEO, media, and client services teams to build integrated campaigns
Present ideas, strategies, and creative concepts directly to clients
Participate in pitches, proposals, and strategic planning initiatives
Help brands define who they are, who they’re speaking to, and how to communicate effectively
Identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for clients
Ensure content aligns with brand voice, business goals, and performance objectives
Stay current on trends in branding, content marketing, AI-enhanced search, and digital storytelling
You’re Probably a Fit If You…
Have 6+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, brand strategy, or related fields
Have agency experience and enjoy fast-paced, collaborative environments
Are an exceptional writer and editor with a strong portfolio
Understand how content supports SEO, user experience, and conversion goals
Can shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Love storytelling and building brands that resonate emotionally
Are comfortable presenting ideas and defending creative decisions
Enjoy learning new industries and becoming a subject matter expert
Think critically, creatively, and strategically
Are organized, proactive, and collaborative
Have experience building or refining content processes and workflows
Bonus Points
Experience with AI-assisted content workflows and marketing tools
Experience conducting brand workshops or messaging exercises
Familiarity with paid media and multichannel campaign development
Video scripting or podcast/content production experience
