Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator provides inside support for Ohio CAT sales representatives, processing sales deals from start to finish.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Coordinates state-wide to efficiently utilize Ohio CAT’s equipment inventory to serve the needs of our customers.

Provides support to salesmen to select, prep, transport, and invoice machines and attachments for sales and Rental Purchase options (RPOs).

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Tasks Performed:

Collection and Review of Sale Contracts

Uploading and Management of Sales Deals in Tracking System (COTI)

Scheduling Machine Shipments

Opening Work Order Tickets for machine prep & modification

Deal Costs Analysis and Invoicing

Calculation and entry of sales commissions

Machine and Work Tool Scoring (pinning)

Warranty Enrollment

Post Sale Credit filing

Daily communication with all Sales Reps to work on timely deal processing

Minimum Skills And Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.

Three years of customer service and sales experience is preferred.

Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must have good problem‑solving, organization, attention to detail, and time management in a fast‑paced environment.

Must have accounting and strong math skills.

Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
