AEM Author
The Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Author is responsible for creating, editing, managing, and publishing digital content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role ensures content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards while delivering an optimal user experience across digital platforms. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, development, and business stakeholders to support enterprise-level digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, update, and publish web content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Manage pages, templates, components, and digital assets using AEM Sites and AEM Assets (DAM)
Execute content authoring activities following established workflows for review, approval, scheduling, and version control
Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and quality requirements
Collaborate with UI/UX teams, developers, marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver engaging digital experiences
Perform routine website maintenance, content updates, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
6–8 years of hands-on experience working as an AEM Author or on similar CMS platforms
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and content authoring functionalities
Good understanding of CMS concepts, workflows, content lifecycle, and governance
Experience managing pages, components, templates, and digital assets
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and content editing skills
Familiarity with content publishing workflows and version control
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience validating content across multiple devices and browsers
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with AEM Assets (DAM)
