Key Requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Minimum of 5 years of experience repairing homes.

Skilled in drywall, carpentry, painting, and all‑around handyman tasks.

Successful completion of a background check.

Experience in commercial facility repairs and related trades is a plus.
