Live Event Videographer / Editor

WEBB is looking for a Videographer / Editor to join our video production department and support the post-production needs of our live & virtual events. Experience with shooting video and with post-production is a must; experience in live events is preferred but not required.
This position requires occasional travel. Work hours may fall on nights and weekends, depending on when events are active.
Responsibilities Include

Capture video and photo content during live events, studio productions, interviews, and corporate shoots
Spending full days on foot with a ~10lb camera rig
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, and event highlight videos using Adobe Premiere Pro
Create motion graphics, text animations, and branded visual elements using Adobe After Effects
Collaborate with event producers, creative leads, and clients to develop engaging visual content
Assist with pre-production planning including shot lists, gear prep, and creative brainstorming
Manage media organization, file naming, backups, and project/event archives
Deliver polished edits under tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality
Support same-day or fast-turnaround event content when needed
Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across multiple projects
Essential Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional video production or creative agency environment
Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and audio capture
Experience operating cameras in live event or corporate production environments
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing client needs and schedules
Ability to hit tight deadlines and see snags in the production process ahead of time
Strong storytelling instincts and attention to pacing, music, and visual flow
Familiarity with color correction/grading workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and with a team
