Requirements
5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 or Part 121 certified station
Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations
Ability to lead a team and work directly with customers
College degree preferred or A&P license
Responsibilities
Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts, Personnel)
Meet strategic goals and performance objectives
Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations
Act as the main contact for FAA relations
Maintain staffing levels
Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met
Upsell contract terms
Provide status reports to customers
Education and Experience
5+ years’ in a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
Strong knowledgeable of FAA/EASA regulations
About 20% travel required
Excel experience is a strong plus for reporting
