Responsible for leading the visual design and creative execution of marketing and communications materials across the J. This role ensures consistent application of brand standards and delivers high-quality design work across print and digital platforms in support of campaigns, programs, events, and organizational initiatives.Focuses on translating messaging into strong, cohesive visual design and elevating the overall quality and consistency of creative output across the organization. Works closely with marketing and communications staff to ensure alignment between messaging and visual execution.ResponsibilitiesLead design execution for all print and digital marketing and communications materialsTranslate messaging and content into clear, effective, and on-brand visual designDevelop and produce creative assets for campaigns, programs, events, and organizational initiativesEnsure consistency of brand identity, visual standards, and design systems across all materialsProvide creative direction on layout, typography, and visual composition to elevate design qualityCollaborate with marketing and communications team members on campaign development and executionDevelop templates and visual systems to improve design consistency and efficiencyEnsure all creative deliverables meet brand, quality, and accessibility standardsSupport event signage, promotional materials, and environmental design needsManage multiple design projects and deadlines simultaneouslyReview and finalize design work prior to distribution or production handoffPartner with production and operations team members to ensure accurate file handoff and execution readinessProvide creative problem-solving support for campaign and content developmentBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred5+ years of professional graphic design experienceStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design workExcellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchyStrong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of brand standards and visual consistencyAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills with ability to interpret messaging into effective visual designExperience working in campaign-based or multi-department environments preferredHigh attention to detail and commitment to design qualityPhotography and videography experience preferred, but not requiredFocus is strictly on visual design, brand execution, and creative asset development
