A. Design & Creative Production

Design high‑quality creative assets for Global Initiatives and the Global Division, including print, digital, and presentation materials.

Produce materials that reflect Every Home’s brand strategy, theological posture, and expectation of excellence; ensuring design materials convey the mission and Christ‑centered values of Every Home.

Deliver work with consistency, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines—balancing speed with quality.

Apply creative direction and feedback with maturity, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Maintain strong working knowledge of design tools and platforms required to execute assignments effectively.

Responsible for following and upholding Every Home brand standards for consistent use across varying cultural contexts.

B. Support of Global Initiatives & Shared Tools

Support the creative execution of global initiatives (e.g., Love Your Neighbor and other shared tools) under the direction of the Manager of Global Creative & Innovation.

Assist with layout, adaptation, and preparation of materials for multiple contexts, languages, and uses.

Contribute design support to the Global Resource Hub by helping prepare, format, and present resources clearly and consistently.

Contribute to design production by executing high‑quality materials within established creative direction—partnering closely with the Manager of Global Creative.

C. Applied Use of AI & Design Technology

Responsibly utilize generative AI and emerging design tools to support rapid prototyping, layout development, and workflow efficiency.

Apply AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly as part of the design process, in alignment with team direction and organizational values.

Remain open to learning and experimentation as tools and workflows evolve, recognizing AI as a productivity and quality‑enhancing capability rather than a defining role.

D. Resource Curation & Design Assessment

Participate in the review of ministry materials submitted from the field for potential inclusion in the Global Resource Hub.

Support the curation process by:

Assessing visual clarity, usability, and design quality.

Identifying materials that reflect strong creative practice.

Continuously upholding the brand requirements.

Provide recommendations and insights that inform curation decisions.

Position Competencies

Work closely with the Manager of Global Creative, receiving direction, feedback, and priorities with professionalism.

Collaborate effectively with Global Initiatives staff and other teams as needed to support shared objectives.

Strong design execution and visual communication

Working familiarity with generative AI in design workflows

Adherence to ethical usage of AI

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

3‑5 years of demonstrated experience producing high‑quality creative work across print and digital formats.

Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).

Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback.

Work environment: work in office five days per week

Physical demands: frequent standing, walking, sitting, ability to talk/hear, ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Travel: up to 5% of international travel
