European Sales Director
Location: Milano

What you will be doing

Overall sales management of Panasonic Consumer sales in Italy, France and Spain.

Defining sales policy in agreement with Marketing team to balance Channels (Online, Offline, Direct‑2‑Consumer).

Member of Sales Management Team.

Representing Panasonic in local associations such as ANITEC and EDIEL.

Development of medium‑ and long‑term sales strategy for assigned countries in alignment with European Sales Director and Marketing team.

Defining business budget and assortment planning in coordination with Marketing GM and European Management.

Building sustainable relationship management with decision‑makers and influencers on the customer side and within the company.

Providing regular and detailed input to European Management and Marketing GM for successful customer and portfolio management.

Supporting operational processes such as Logistics, Finance, Planning, Customer Service.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of employees, including development (goal setting, coaching), ensuring efficient organizational structure and processes to achieve assigned targets.

Regular market monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs within the area of responsibility; developing measures to achieve targets.

Strong involvement in aligning sales activities within European customers such as Amazon and Direct‑2‑Consumer sales.

Active participation in relevant trade fairs, press, and other industry events (product presentations, representation, etc.).

What we are looking for

At least 5 years of experience managing sales in the Technical Consumer Goods market.

Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French appreciated.
